Upstairs Remodel – Millcreek, UT

This upstairs remodel transformed the existing space with updated finishes, improved functionality, and extensive structural reconstruction throughout the home. A major portion of the project involved removing a failing unsupported rear addition and rebuilding the structure to properly re-establish load-bearing pathways down to the foundation. The remodel also included demolition, framing modifications, flooring, cabinetry, trim work, paint, and finish carpentry completed with a focus on quality craftsmanship, durability, and clean professional results.
