Elevated Trex Deck & Railing – Midvale, UT

This project involved removing a failing deck system that had extensive rot and improperly sistered joists allowing water intrusion against the home. The existing structure was rebuilt with a new properly flashed ledger board, new support footings and columns, Trex composite decking, and upgraded iron railing to create a safer, more durable, and low-maintenance outdoor living space.
